The Gusto For Gâteaux and the Bliss for Baking!!
Gâteaux etc (@sourdough.gateaux) started out as a small batch, home bakery based out of Burnaby, BC, selling cakes, cookies & bars at local markets. Efforts and focus have since shifted to align with my longtime passion for organic sourdough bread using BC organic flour. The primary focus is on organic sourdough loaves and developing other sourdough recipes; a variety of non-sourdough baked goods are still available for custom orders. Thank you for your interest!!
